Käivitasime Sillame Oil Terminali uues katlamajs kaks 8MW katelt. Sellega lisandus täiendav 16MW võimsust. Katlamaja on välja töötatud, projekteeritud, paigaldatud ja töösse lastud  As Napal poolt. Meil on sellel  alal laialdased kogemused. Esimese termaalõli katlamaja kütuseterminalidele ehitas As Napal 2004-2005 aastal - 2 x 3,2MW Paldiski Alexela. Kokku oleme rajanud 122MW termaalõli katlamaju (15 katelt). Ehitamisel on veel 48MW (8katelt, tähtaeg mai 2012).  AS Napal Service 24h hooldada-teenindada on 172MW termaalõli katlaid (45 katelt).

Oktoobris 2011 käivitasime järjekordse 8 MW termaalõlikatla. Sellega tõstsime Sillame Oil Terminali katlamaja  võimsuse 32 MW-ni. Kogu töö, alates projekteerimisest, paigaldamisest, kuni elektripkilpide ja SCADA arvutijuhtimiseni teostas AS Napal. Järge ootavad  veel kaks 8 MW katelt. 

Baltic Marine Group-i Läti tütarfirma SIA BMG Energy rajab Daugavpilsi Soojuse katlamajdesse kaks koostootmisjaama. Mõlema jaama elektriline võimsus on 3,96MW. Kütus on maagaas, elektrit toodetakse saksa firma MTU gaasimootoritega. Kumbagii jaama paigaldatakse neli 0,99MW mootorit. Napal AS valmistab  juhtimissüsteemi elektrikilbid ja teostab SCADA arvutijuhtimise. Mõlemad koostootmisjaamad pannakse töösse 2011 aasta lõpus. Kogu toodetud elekter kasutatakse ära Daugavpilsi Soojuse omatarbeks. Kombijaamade abil vähendatakse oluliselt kulusid elektrienergiale.

In July 2011 we have concluded the contract for supplying nine 8MW thermal oil boilers, manufactured buy German company Gekakonus. Three of these boilers are ordered for boiler house expansion of Sillamäe Oil Terminal, further six boilers will be installed in the boiler house expansion built for fuel terminal in Maardu. With these boilers, power of thermal oil boilers commissioned by us so far will raised to 158.4MW.

Our main objective is to construct reliable and environmentally friendly boiler houses. Endurance, teamwork and sustainability are important factors also in cycling. Therefore we decided to support XXVIII (Napal) Tallinn’s Cycling Race, which will start from Tallinna Lauluväljak (Song Festival Grounds) at August 21st 2011. The race will be organized by the sports club CFC, which is actively involved in the development of youth sports (cycling and ski schools).

At March 2nd 2010, we celebrated important construction step, achievement of full building height of Ahmte 100MW boiler house, with a tiny rafters party. We are glad to note that the boilers “sitting” in the final position from December, have now good roof overhead, and all the works are on the right track, without any complications.

Cornerstone placement ceremony to 100MW peak load period boiler house, constructed by AS Nordecon and AS Napal for AS Kohtla-Järve Soojus, was celebrated in Ahtme at Novermber 24th 2009. This was an important step to make room for boilers supplied shortly, which in the end of 2010 will provide heat for Ahtme and Jõhvi.

In October we have finished the boiler house expansion for AS Alexela Sillamae Oil terminal, which included installation of German made Gekakonus 8MW vertical thermal oil boiler with Weisshaupt burner. After the expansion, the total power of the boiler house is 24MW.
